The agreement governing your use of AuthorityWriter, our autonomous SEO algorithms, and automated publishing services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using AuthorityWriter ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Subscription Model & Production Entitlements
AuthorityWriter operates on a transparent, flat-rate pricing model designed for predictability:
- • $10 / Month Per Domain: Each connected website subscription provides an entitlement of up to 30 comprehensive articles per billing month.
- • Zero Per-Word Fees: We do not meter words, tokens, or section lengths. Articles naturally expand to comprehensive lengths (2,500–4,500+ words) based on search intent requirements without any surcharges.
- • Billing Cycles: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date in your account billing dashboard.
3. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
You own 100% of the content generated for your websites. AuthorityWriter claims no copyright, intellectual property rights, or licensing claims over articles, titles, outlines, schema markup, or media created on your account.
You are free to publish, syndicate, monetize, or modify generated content without restriction or attribution requirements.
4. Acceptable Use & Publisher Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and search engine webmaster guidelines:
- ✕ You may not use AuthorityWriter to generate defamatory, deceptive, illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
- ✕ You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the underlying AI models, internal prompts, or proprietary DR ranking algorithms.
- ✓ You are responsible for reviewing drafts (in Draft mode) or supervising autonomous publishing cadence for quality assurance.
5. Third-Party Integrations & API Policies
When connecting third-party platforms (such as Google Search Console, WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow), you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of those providers. AuthorityWriter is not liable for changes to third-party APIs or indexing policies made by external platforms.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside the Billing panel. Upon cancellation:
- • Your subscription remains active with full publishing privileges until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- • No further charges will occur. If you encounter a technical failure during setup, contact support within 7 days for review.
